How long does a ceramic coating last?
A properly applied professional ceramic coating typically lasts 2 to 5 years depending on the product used, how the vehicle is maintained, and exposure to the elements.
Do I need a paint correction before coating?
We strongly recommend it. Ceramic coating locks in whatever is underneath, swirls, scratches, and haze included. Correcting the paint first ensures you're sealing in a flawless finish.
Will ceramic coating stop rock chips and scratches?
No. Ceramic coating protects against chemical etching, UV damage, oxidation, and makes cleaning easier. It does not prevent physical damage like rock chips or deep scratches. For that, ask us about paint protection film.
How soon can I wash my car after coating?
We recommend waiting at least 7 to 10 days before the first wash to allow the coating to fully cure, and hand washing only after that.
Does ceramic coating replace waxing?
Yes. Once cured, a ceramic coating eliminates the need for regular waxing. Occasional maintenance with a compatible ceramic booster spray keeps performance and gloss at their best.
